About ME
I have always been fascinated by sex and intimacy—and probably for two reasons.
First, sex is still considered taboo, and I’ve always been drawn to the conversations we’re told we’re not supposed to have. And second, because sexuality is such a natural part of being human. It is woven into our relationships, our bodies, our creativity, and quite literally, the creation of life.
As I write this, I am carrying a child who was created through sex. But it makes me wonder: something so deeply connected to being human is all around us—so why can it still feel so difficult to talk about?
My interest in sexuality began long before I ever imagined it becoming part of my work.
In 2009, I began my yoga teacher training, and something shifted. Yoga helped me connect more deeply with my body, mind, and spirit, but what I noticed most was how much more embodied I was becoming in my everyday life. The more present I became in my body, the more connected I felt to my sensuality and sexuality.
Over time, one spiritual doorway seemed to open another. I explored meditation, energy work, healing practices, and eventually Tantra. I was introduced to the work of teachers and authors including Layla Martin and Margot Anand, and later completed training in Remote Tantra Energy Healing through Somananda.
That was when so many pieces came together for me.
Sexuality and spirituality no longer felt like two separate worlds. I began to understand intimacy as something much bigger than sex itself. It was about presence. Connection. Energy. Vulnerability. Desire. Our relationship with our own bodies and our capacity to truly be with another person.
But I also knew I wanted more grounding.
I wanted to be able to take these ideas out of the spiritual world and bring them into real conversations and real relationships—in a way that felt accessible, practical, and human. I wanted language and practices that could speak to someone who may never have stepped into a yoga studio, practiced Tantra, or thought of themselves as particularly “spiritual.”
That search led me to the Somatica® Sex & Relationship Coaching program.
Somatica brought together so much of what I had been exploring for years, while grounding it in somatic, relational, and experiential practices. So much of this work asks a deceptively simple question: Can we get out of our heads and actually experience what is happening in our bodies?
For many of us, that is incredibly difficult.
We analyze. We perform. We worry about what our partner is thinking. We disconnect from what we actually want. And when we are living primarily in our heads, it can be difficult to access desire, pleasure, vulnerability, and genuine connection.
Today, I am proud to be Somatica Core trained, alongside years of study and experience in yoga, meditation, somatic practices, energy healing, Tantra, and other healing modalities.
And this is the work I am excited to share.
Whether you are single, dating, beginning a new relationship, or years into a partnership, I believe there is always an opportunity to become more intimate—first with yourself, and then with the people you choose to love and connect with.
My work is an invitation to come back into your body, become curious about what you truly want, explore desire without shame, and create relationships that feel more emotionally and physically alive.
Because intimacy isn’t only something we experience with another person.
It begins with how deeply we are willing to meet ourselves.
